Shipping?

Our shipping methods (always free!) may vary based on the size and nature of the products you order.

  • For smaller items, we use Ground Shipping, ensuring faster and more convenient delivery via courier (1–5 business days after order processing).
  • For larger or fragile items, we offer 'Curb-Side' Pickup with included liftgate service. This option typically takes 36 business days for delivery after order processing.

    Cancellations and Refunds?

    Cancel any time before your order has shipped and receive a full refund!

    If you still want a refund after your item arrives in excellent working condition, eligible products offer the possibility of return/refund within 20 days upon delivery and a 30% restocking fee.

    Please note that unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds on custom orders (special or made-to-order items).
