📋 Warranty

The manufacturer offers a 1-year warranty starting from the original purchase date. To be eligible for warranty processing, customers must provide proof of purchase along with complete contact information including name, full mailing address, phone number and email address. The manufacturer retains the right to repair or replace items at their discretion. Depending on the age and condition of the return, returned items may be replaced with a refurbished equivalent.

Please note that items that have been tampered with or show only physical damage (such as scratches or wear from regular use over time) are not covered under the warranty and will be declined upon receipt. Customers are responsible for shipping the item to the manufacturer’s facility, and once received, updates will be provided. Customers are responsible for both the shipping fee to the manufacturer’s warehouse and the return shipping fee.

Ineligible Items: Butane, PG solution, Integraboost, Humidification Jars & Non-Prestige brand items. Desktop Cigar Cooler Humidors include a 90-day warranty.

🚚 Shipping & Returns

Shipping

For this item we’ll use our Free Ground Shipping method, ensuring faster and more convenient delivery via courier (1–5 business days after your order has been processed).

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate a refund before your payment is processed (completely free of charge).

If your payment has already been processed, you can still contact us and get your order canceled before it leaves the warehouse. In this case, cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see policies below).

Refunds and Returns

As our customer, you are entitled to return your product and request a refund in non-custom orders upon arrival of your product.

If your product arrived in excellent working condition, and the return is only requested as a result of personal preference i.e. buyer's remorse:

  • The product will be eligible for return/refund in the 20 days following the delivery of the product.
  • Contact us at info@dadsheaven.com so we can provide you with manufacturer-specific information and guidelines in order to guarantee the best return experience possible.
  • The customer must make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to the warehouse.
  • A Return Authorization must be issued through customer service before any merchandise is returned.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • The customer must keep the package(s) and or pallets in its entirety. When opening boxes, do not tear them open! Cut the tape. That way if it does need to be returned, the box will protect the product.
  • Once the items are returned to the manufacturer's warehouse and are checked to be in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue credit for the item, less 30% restocking fee.
  • By default, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout (if not available, store credit will be issued instead) within 5 business days after the manufacturer issued the refund to us.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products (this includes pre-ordered items) cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Please notice that most of our Prestige branded big cabinet humidors are considered pre-ordered items.

Other considerations

Free shipping applies for most locations in the lower 48 contiguous states. However, especially for big shipments to remote locations (e.g. certain rural areas), the customer might be subject to a distance surcharge. If you think that might be the case, feel free to contact us to request a quote before placing your order. Otherwise, we will contact you to inform you so you can confirm or cancel your order.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery (include details on the BOL/POD). If there are any visible damages, you should refuse the shipment. Otherwise, write or mark “Subject to inspection” / “Possible damage to contents of the crate(s)” when accepting the shipment. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos/videos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@dadsheaven.com within 24 hours of arrival and we will process a claim on your behalf.
