Availability

This item is considered a custom-made / made-to-order product. Normally, it would be shipped within 4–8 weeks of ordering after being manufactured. However, most of its parts are usually stocked so it will either ship inmediately after the order is processed or shortly after once it is customized.

🚚 Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Due to the size, weight, and/or fragile nature of this item, it will be delivered using our Free LTL Freight Shipping method ('Curb-Side' Pickup with included liftgate service). This option typically takes 3–6 business days for delivery after order processing.

Many of our Viking Log branded items are shipped within 6-8 weeks of ordering since they are customizable and/or made-to-order (unless stocked). Please, check the availability of this product in the description.

Provide us with a working phone number during checkout so the shipping company can schedule the delivery appointment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate a refund before your payment is processed (completely free of charge).

If your payment has already been processed, you can still contact us and get your order canceled before it leaves the warehouse. In this case, cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see policies below).

Refunds and Returns

As our customer, you are entitled to return your product and request a refund in non-custom orders upon arrival of your product.

In many cases, the manufacturer of our Viking Log branded products can send pieces and parts to repair certain problems. Please feel free to contact us so we can discuss specifics in the event any problem arises.

If your product arrived in excellent working condition, and the return is only requested as a result of personal preference i.e. buyer's remorse:

  • The product will be eligible for return/refund in the 20 days following the delivery of the product.
  • Contact us at info@dadsheaven.com so we can provide you with manufacturer-specific information and guidelines in order to guarantee the best return experience possible.
  • The customer must make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to the warehouse.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • The customer must keep the package(s) and or pallets in its entirety. When opening boxes, do not tear them open! Cut the tape. That way if it does need to be returned, the box will protect the product.
  • Once the items are returned to the manufacturer's warehouse and are checked to be in good working order, in their original packaging, we can issue credit for the item, less 30% restocking fee.
  • By default, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout (if not available, store credit will be issued instead) within 5 business days after the manufacturer issued the refund to us.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Please notice that most of our Viking Log branded products are considered custom-made.

Other considerations

Free shipping applies for most locations in the lower 48 contiguous states. However, especially for big shipments to remote locations (e.g. certain rural areas), the customer might be subject to a distance surcharge. If you think that might be the case, feel free to contact us to request a quote before placing your order. Otherwise, we will contact you to inform you so you can confirm or cancel your order.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery (include details on the BOL/POD). If there are any visible damages, you should refuse the shipment. Otherwise, write or mark “Subject to inspection” / “Possible damage to contents of the crate(s)” when accepting the shipment. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos/videos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@dadsheaven.com within 24 hours of arrival and we will process a claim on your behalf.

Worth it, despite the price tag

I gotta say, this rustic pool table ain't half bad. it's a solid 4.5 stars in my book, but since I can only pick 4 or 5, I'll give it a 5.

So, here's the deal. This thing comes in like 10+ packages, and they dropped it off in this big ol' crate. I mean,I appreciate the lift gate service and all, but be ready for some help to unload this beast. Not exactly a one-person job.

Now, I ordered this table for my cabin, along with the deluxe billiard accessory kit. Alejandro helped me out on the phone – real nice fella, by the way. I was kinda torn between the 7 foot and the 8 foot table, but Alejandro assured me the 7 footer would fit just right. And he was spot on.

Now, the price,well, it's a tad on the expensive side, if you ask me. But once that bad boy was all set up in my cabin, I gotta say, the craftsmanship and the sturdiness, it's worth every penny. So yeah, I'd recommend it, just be ready for some heavy lifting when it arrives.

Excellent!

I opted for the dark finish, and I must say it arrived looking exactly like the main picture. The table arrived in sections and my installer managed to put it all together in just an hour. His admiration for the quality left quite an impression on me. While I'm not a pool table expert, I can vouch that this table not only looks amazing but also plays great. All in all, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
