🚚 Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Due to the size, weight, and/or fragile nature of this item, it will be delivered using 'Curb-Side' Pickup with included liftgate service. This option typically takes 3–6 business days for delivery after order processing. Occasionally, we may also be able to ship your order in an oversized parcel via courier.

If your selected Summit product variant is marked as a Pre-Order item, please be aware that while we currently do not have it in stock, we are committed to fulfilling your order soon. We will reach out to you with an estimated time of arrival for new units at the warehouse. Please note that pre-ordered items are considered made-to-order.

Provide us with a working phone number during checkout so the shipping company can schedule the delivery appointment.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can initiate a refund before your payment is processed (completely free of charge).

If your payment has already been processed, you can still contact us and get your order canceled before it leaves the warehouse. In this case, cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee (exceptions apply such as custom orders, see policies below).

Once the shipment is arranged, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs plus the 6% cancellation fee.

Refunds and Returns

As a customer, you are entitled to return your product and request a refund in non-custom orders upon arrival of your product in the event of concealed damage or if the wrong unit was delivered to you.

In many cases, Summit can send pieces and spare parts to repair your item. Please feel free to contact us so we can discuss specifics in the event any problem arises.

NOTE: Summit Appliance, Accucold, and PureTherm do not accept buyer's remorse returns.

However, Summit may consider exceptional situations for returns. To have your order evaluated for a return authorization exception, please make sure to follow these requirements:

  • The product will be eligible for return/refund in the 20 days following the delivery of the product (never more than 30 days after the original ship date).
  • Contact us at info@dadsheaven.com so we can provide you with manufacturer-specific information and guidelines in order to guarantee the best return experience possible.
  • The customer must make the necessary arrangements to have the products shipped back to the warehouse.
  • A Return Authorization must be issued through customer service before any merchandise is returned.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
  • The customer must keep the package(s) and or pallets in its entirety. Open packages will not be accepted.
  • Once the items are returned to the manufacturer's warehouse and are checked to be undamaged and in new condition, as well as in their original packaging, we can issue credit for the item, less 35% restocking fee (this percentage varies by model).
  • By default, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used during checkout (if not available, store credit will be issued instead) within 5 business days after the manufacturer issued the refund to us.

Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded as these products are put into production specifically for your order.

Customizations Ineligible for Return:

  • Thermometer/Alarms/Data Loggers/Digital Thermostats that have been factory-installed
  • Side locks/Keypad/Combination locks/LockBoxes installed
  • Panel-ready units (model name will include “IF” or “FR” suffix)
  • ADA undercounter units (Models with “ADA” suffix or “AL” prefix)
  • Refrigerator-freezers with factory-installed icemakers
  • Glass door models with stainless handles added (model name will include “TB”, “HH”, “HV”, or “SH” suffix)
  • Solid door models with stainless steel or diamond plate wrapped doors and signature handles (model name will include “SSTB,” “SSHV”, “SSHH”, and “DPL”)
  • Glass door models with factory door tints (options T1, T1S/F, T2/F, T3/F, T4/F)
  • Any model with a stainless steel cabinet wrap (model name will include suffix “CSS”)

Other considerations

Free shipping applies for most locations in the lower 48 contiguous states. However, especially for big shipments to remote locations (e.g. certain rural areas), the customer might be subject to a distance surcharge. If you think that might be the case, feel free to contact us to request a quote before placing your order. Otherwise, we will contact you to inform you so you can confirm or cancel your order.

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery (include details on the BOL/POD). If there are obvious visible damages, you should refuse the shipment. Otherwise, write or mark “Subject to inspection” / “Possible damage to contents of the crate(s)” when accepting the shipment. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos/videos of the damage, box, and SKU, along with a brief description of the damage to info@dadsheaven.com within 24 hours of arrival and we will process a claim on your behalf.
