• For larger or fragile items, we offer 'Curb-Side' Pickup with included liftgate service. This option typically takes 3–6 business days for delivery after order processing.

Cancel before your payment is processed completely free of charge.

If your payment has already been processed, you can still contact us and get your order canceled before it leaves the warehouse (6% cancellation fee).

In the event that you still want a refund after your item arrived in excellent working condition, eligible products offer the possibility of return/refund within 20 days upon delivery and a 30% restocking fee.

Please note that unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations or refunds on custom orders (special or made-to-order items).
